These include electrical, infotainment, body, closures, interior, exterior, thermal, powertrain, calibration, ADAS, high-voltage batteries and systems, electric motors, noise and vibration, vehicle performance and ride / handling.

Testing and Validation
The team can provide on-road and off-road services, such as durability evaluations, climatic tunnel testing, mileage accumulation, system validation tests, performance and handling, benchmarking assessments and diagnostic validation. We will develop a test and validation plan to meet the client's requirements and budget.

In-Country Verification & Readiness
iMotiv can support OEMs and vehicle manufacturers to bring new vehicles to market, including activities such as regulation compliance and in-country verification tests. This can also extend to press release and media engagement events, test trip co-ordination and buy-off rides.

Service Diagnostics and Programming
Our highly skilled diagnostics and programming team is capable of developing and implementing industry leading solutions. The aim is to provide technicians with tools and instructions to read controller data and re-program modules. We also enable solutions for Over-The-Air software updates and Remote Diagnostics.

Technical Information & Training Content
Our team can identify and develop all the service technical information and training content for a product. This ranges from service instructions, crash repair strategies, labour times, maintenance schedules, pre-delivery procedures, emergency response guides and technical training materials.

Service Parts
iMotiv has a specialist team for identifying, releasing and ensuring the availability of service parts for a product. This involves developing a Service Bill of Material (SBOM) from the product engineering BOM. Then an Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is created, enabling technicians to identify and order the required service parts they need.

Customer Literature
Whether it's a hard-printed, online or product integrated medium, our team can produce the customer literature required to operate and maintain the product. Owner's manuals are critical to ensure the customer has all the information they need at their finger-tips.

Connected Services

Process, Procedure and Policy Development
iMotiv has created processes and procedures for organisations to succeed in quality. We also develop policies that ensure warranty, field-action, safety and legal obligations are achieved in any sales market. This includes the generation of documents for our client's Quality Management Systems (QMS) to satisfy industry standards such as ISO 9001, R-155 and R-156.

Cost and Warranty Accrual Forecasting
The team use data driven techniques to develop warranty accrual and cost of ownership forecasts for our clients. This helps to understand the liabilities and the financial impact of organisational strategies to support customers.

Quality Control
The team develop quality control requirements for key product attributes for our clients. The ongoing production quality control requirements are then derived and set within a control plan. Quality performance is then measured throughout the build phases of a new product and the ability to address shortfalls.
