Quality Policy

The Company is committed to its vision of providing sought-after engineering services that consistently meet or exceed client expectations. This Quality Policy establishes set the mandate and commitment to achieve and sustain excellence in this vision, through alignment with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Standard. Quality is the cornerstone of the Company’s operations and a shared responsibility across all levels.

 

To achieve all Quality goals, the Company commits to:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

  • Satisfies all applicable requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems - Requirements

  • Embedding risk-based thinking in accordance with the Risk Policy and Procedure. By proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk (both threats and opportunities) we minimise disruptions and enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.

  • The monitoring, measuring, analysing and evaluation program in the Quality Manual to support our commitment to continuously improving the QMS.

  • Embedding a culture that understands and values quality, professionalism, and accountability.

The Leadership Team are accountable for establishing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring it remains effective and integrated into the Company processes. This includes the following:

  • Setting a shared vision and ensuring quality objectives align with this vision and strategic objectives.  

  • Promoting the importance and use of the QMS and its risk-based thinking approach.

  • Providing the necessary resourcing (including training and support) to deliver client outcomes in accordance with the QMS.

  • Engaging, directing and supporting all team members to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.

  • Supporting leaders within the organisation in both management of their areas of responsibility as well as development of their leadership capability.

  • Establishing and maintaining a workplace culture that ensures each employee can work at their best, feel job satisfaction, inclusion and their value within the Company. This in turn results in the greatest opportunity for high quality output by all.

Our managers are responsible for:

  • Translating organisational and project quality objectives into actionable plans for their teams.

  • Monitoring team performance and providing actionable feedback, including their adherence to the QMS.

  • Act as champions of the QMS within their areas of responsibility.

 

All our staff are required to adhere to the QMS, actively participate in training and development and identify and report issues and opportunities for improvement. This Quality Policy applies to all activities undertaken by the Company, including but not limited to project planning, service delivery, client interactions, and post-project evaluations. Every team, function, and individual within the organisation is responsible for upholding the principles of this Policy and adhering to the associated policies and procedures.
